Ideal for 2 couples or 4 friends to spend several days and enjoy the easy, slow life. Please note: Zipolite is a nude beach. This home is adults only.

It's 44 km from Huatulco International Airport and 73 km from Puerto Escondido International Airport. Positioned 40 m above sea level, it provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Zipolite Beach.

Open-concept design with a dining table for 8, a comfortable living room area, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea making facilities. Spans 200 sqm within a 900 sqm property. Parking and a 17-meter clothing-optional swimming pool (adults only) are available at the main property, El Guayacan.

Due to the hillside terrain, there are steps that may pose challenges for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. The house isn't suited for parties — a peaceful atmosphere and quiet nighttime hours are expected.

Starlink internet provides high-speed connectivity throughout, and each room has a dedicated workspace or desk for remote work. Guests have access to the whole house privately, plus the 17-meter swimming pool (adults only - as fitting for Zipolite, it is clothing optional) at the main house, three minutes away.
