Designed by the award-winning team at Bloqe Arquitectura—with landscaping by Colectivo MP2 and interiors Tarr—this villa embodies the essence of conscious luxury in Puerto Escondido. Spanning 5,220 sq. ft. (485 m²), it features 3 bedrooms, a private pool, an open kitchen and dining area, and a spacious terrace. Built with local materials such as pigmented concrete, palapa, and tzalam, the architecture blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Located between the open ocean and the peaceful Santa María Colotepec lagoon, the setting offers both privacy and a profound sense of disconnection. Every detail—from the layout to the materials—has been intentionally crafted to honor the environment and celebrate the spirit of the Oaxacan coast.

Daily cleaning is included, and guests may arrange traditional meals prepared by local cooks (ingredients not included). Yoga and massage sessions are also available upon request for an additional fee.

Just 35 minutes from Puerto Escondido Airport and 20 minutes from Punta Zicatela, the villa benefits from easy access while remaining immersed in untouched nature. Taxi service can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. The villa is one of two identical villas located next to each other; they can be rented individually or together—simply let us know.

Because the villa is located in a protected natural environment—surrounded by mangroves and raw landscape—access can be challenging. Roads may be uneven, and we strongly recommend renting an SUV. If you prefer, we can arrange private pick-up or drop-off for an additional fee.

As a conscious, eco-forward property, we operate primarily on solar energy. This means that electricity, water pressure, and Starlink internet can occasionally fluctuate. Hot water may take up to 3 minutes to heat in the showers. This is normal and part of our sustainable system.

We provide Starlink internet, but connection may vary due to weather or natural conditions.

Our local cook is available for dinners at an additional cost.

You will enjoy full privacy during your stay. Upon arrival, Ester—our dedicated house host (Spanish-speaking)—will welcome you at an agreed time and help you get settled. We do not have a lobby or 24/7 concierge on site, as the experience is designed to help you disconnect and immerse yourself in nature.

However, you will have a dedicated remote host available at all times via phone or message (English and Spanish), ready to assist you whenever you need—without interrupting the tranquility of your stay.
