We accept applications from design-driven homes across Latin America. There is no required size, home value, or set aesthetic. Every week, we receive submissions from private residences, short-term rentals, homes for sale, and architects/designers looking to showcase their work. We look for:
- A clear point of view in the architecture, materials, or interiors.
- The home feels specific to its site, climate, or culture.
- Craft & detail that demands a second look.
- Authenticity and personality—the home represents you.
Yes. If you host a vacation rental and your home is approved, you’ll be eligible to be featured in content, and we will add you to our curated booking platform to send you reservation requests (we’ve booked nearly 10,000 guests in the past 2 years).
Yes. Casita has featured hundreds of private homes in the past four years. We’d love to see your home and feature it if it’s a fit.
Yes. We love showing off both new and old projects by talented architects, designers, and artisans. You don’t need to have a big following or have won awards. You just need to share a beautiful home.
Yes. A hotel must have strong design elements to be featured. There are so many incredible hotels in the world with amazing service, luxury, and hospitality. But our focus is on design and architecture—and we cannot compromise our standards simply because a place is expensive or luxurious.

If your home is private or you’re an emerging designer, architect, or artisan—no, there are zero costs to being featured. It is free. If you do have commercial interests, we’ll walk you through rates and available dates.
