A newly completed coastal compound on the East Cape, one of the last undeveloped stretches of the Baja coastline, designed for groups who come to disappear. The property sits above the Sea of Cortez on two fenced acres — far enough from Los Cabos to feel genuinely remote, close enough to the airport to arrive without effort.
The compound comprises a main villa and two independent casitas, each with its own plunge pool and kitchen. Three structures, three pools, one shared horizon.
The Architecture
Built with a clear point of view: off-grid infrastructure, indoor-outdoor flow, and an honest material palette that defers to the desert landscape around it. The property runs entirely on solar, uses native planting throughout, and is furnished with the same attention given to the build — quality bedding, high-end kitchen equipment, and an outdoor cooking setup with pizza oven, BBQ, and griddle.
