Inspired by the idea of “inhabiting a rock,” the home feels deeply connected to its surroundings. Open-air terraces and native plantings soften its sculptural form, while generous ceiling heights and minimalist interiors create a sense of space and calm.

Four private bedrooms each feature an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and an ocean-facing terrace. The lower-level bedroom also enjoys its own private garden, offering a secluded place to unwind.

Outside, a tide-pool-style swimming pool overlooks the coastline, surrounded by spacious terraces made for slow mornings and afternoons beside the sea. A monumental staircase connects the home directly to El Puertecito beach, bringing the sand and surf within easy reach.
