A thoughtfully designed home that feels more like being invited into someone’s world than staying in a rental. Warm, layered, and deeply personal, the space reflects years of collecting, traveling, and curating — where every object has a story, and nothing feels incidental.

At its center, a fully equipped kitchen anchors the home — lived-in, generous, and filled with pieces gathered from across Mexico and beyond. Oaxacan pottery, glassware from Valle de Bravo, and hand-selected objects turn everyday moments into something more sensory and grounded.

The living space opens into a striking triple-height room, where natural light meets a curated art wall built over time. Materials shift seamlessly from polished stone to woven fibers and terracotta tones, softened by greenery throughout — creating an atmosphere that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted.

Above it all, the rooftop offers a more intimate rhythm — a quiet sanctuary overlooking the neighborhood. With a lounge area, dining table, and grill, it’s designed for slow afternoons, long dinners, and nights that stretch effortlessly under the Mexico City sky.

Set in Condesa, just steps from cafés, galleries, and tree-lined streets, the location places you within one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable areas — ideal for those drawn to culture, design, and a sense of local rhythm.

Guests have access to the entire home, including all common areas and the rooftop.
