The Villa

Four air-conditioned suites: three king, one queen. Each has a private bathroom, closet, and TV. Three suites have ocean, pool, or garden views. The two upper-level suites include a kitchenette with a minibar and coffee station. Steps from the beach, with a private entrance.

Location

Punta Mita is a 1,500-acre private peninsula on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit, with pristine beaches, turquoise waters, and a year-round tropical climate. Once a fishing village, it's now one of Mexico's most exclusive destinations, with resorts, fine dining, and Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, just north of Puerto Vallarta.

Playa Careyeros sits between Punta Mita and Litibú — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, good for snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Access is via gravel road, so a reliable vehicle is recommended.

Property Rules

Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Minimum age to rent: 25. Guests must share a copy of their passport prior to arrival.

Kid-friendly, fully equipped for babies. Events and parties allowed with advance notice. No pets. Smoking permitted only in the garden and outside spaces; no drugs. Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. Extra activities booked through the concierge cost extra; kitchen staff is included, food and beverages are not. No food in bedrooms — only coffee, tea, and water. A government-issued photo ID and valid payment method may be required at check-in for incidentals.
