The design is restrained yet deeply expressive, built entirely from locally sourced materials and composed through simple, cubic forms that feel both intentional and timeless. Native vegetation and water elements are seamlessly integrated, allowing the home to dissolve into its surroundings rather than stand apart from them.

Arranged in a courtyard configuration over a glistening pool, each section of the house is connected by elegant wooden walkways. This design choice not only creates an ethereal aesthetic but also serves an important practical purpose: to cool the home from below.

The rooftop terrace continues this quiet dialogue with nature. Fully planted with endemic vegetation carefully transplanted from the surrounding land, it offers a subtle, immersive landscape experience. An open-air shower adds a sculptural moment — raw concrete walls framing nothing but sky above.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. At its center, a grand palapa brings together living and dining spaces with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto expansive terraces. A screening room, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and high-speed internet ensure a seamless stay.

A full-service team, including a private chef and housekeeping, allows each day to unfold effortlessly.

Located near Puerto Escondido, within one of the region’s most exclusive beachfront communities, the setting remains intentionally remote. Nearby, Casa Wabi by Bosco Sodi and Tadao Ando adds a quiet cultural dimension.
