Contemporary architecture opens straight onto the beach, and natural materials keep the whole property grounded rather than polished into something generic. Mornings arrive slow here, sunsets go uninterrupted, and the design does the quiet work of making that pace feel inevitable.

All eight bedrooms sit on a single level — four king suites and four doubles dressed in queen beds, several opening onto ocean views that don't require leaving the room to enjoy them. A few suites go further still, each with its own rooftop terrace and a private plunge pool, small enough to feel like a secret and positioned to catch the Pacific breeze at the end of the day.

The layout favors flow over formality: living spaces open onto terraces, terraces open onto an infinity pool that appears to run straight into the ocean, and the ocean itself is a few steps past that — private beachfront, no shared stretch of sand. Meals come from a professional kitchen run exclusively by house staff, which turns dinner into a private dining experience rather than a group cooking project (the kitchen itself stays staff-only by design). Nespresso in every suite and a 90-inch screen cover the nights nobody wants to go anywhere, while the outdoor dining area and a hammock or two reward anyone willing to do absolutely nothing for an afternoon.

Maintenance and housekeeping run daily from 8am to 4pm, kitchen staff typically work 10am to 8pm (extendable to 10pm within a 10-hour shift), and overnight security is on site from 8pm to 6am.

Groceries aren't included in the rate — a pre-arrival shopping service stocks the kitchen, delivered by noon the day after booking, with additional runs available for MXN $500 each. A refundable MXN $30,000 security deposit is collected at check-in. Pets are welcome with prior approval but aren't permitted in the pool, and owners are responsible for any resulting cleaning or damage. Parties are not allowed.
