The Oaxacan coast has a way of reordering priorities. The Pacific here is wilder and less trafficked than most, the light different, the pace genuinely its own. The villa spreads across three floors, each with its own character. Two bedrooms on the ground floor — a king and a queen, each with a private bathroom — open independently to the outdoors, offering privacy within the property. The second floor is where the ocean earns its place: an open-plan living and dining area with unobstructed Pacific views, the kind of room that makes it hard to leave before the light changes. Above it, a bohemian attic studio occupies the third floor, half treehouse, half retreat.
