The Space

A beachfront villa with a bungalow concept, built from regional materials — primarily wood and palm — for a tropical ambiance. Part of the exclusive 6 Olas development, offering complete privacy and direct ocean access. The entrance features deck-style walkways surrounded by water plants and lush tropical vegetation.

Two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private terrace, hammock, ocean and pool views, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

One twin bedroom with two twin beds that can combine into a king, private bathroom, and views of the exterior walkways.

One triple bedroom with three twin beds that can double as sofas, private bathroom, TV, and views of the exterior walkways.

One extra bedroom, set slightly apart from the rest, with two twin beds that can join into a king and a private bathroom — ideal for a nanny.

The dining room, living room, and bar sit under a spacious palapa — a cool, breezy space for family gatherings, naps, or remote work.

Other Things to Note

Daily cooking and cleaning services are included; food and beverage costs are covered by guests prior to arrival. Staff are available from 9 AM to 6 PM. Meals are 100% Oaxacan, local, and fresh.

The house sits in a rural area of Oaxaca. Though part of a well-maintained gated community, power outages can occur, especially during storms. When power is out, air conditioning and ceiling fans stop working, and since water comes from a private well via a hydro-pneumatic pump, there's no running water during an outage. Service is restored as quickly as possible. Regular fumigation is done, but insects may still be present at times.
