Set on a 1,200-square-meter plot with 20 meters of beachfront, the villa features an 18-meter infinity pool, sunken terrace, and sculptural fire pit for unforgettable evenings by the sea. Inside, carefully curated design elements, including freestanding black bathtubs with panoramic views, add to its refined aesthetic.

Accommodating up to 16 guests, the villa offers four ocean-view suites with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and bathtubs, plus two pool-view suites with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. Expansive living areas include two dining spaces, an open-plan kitchen, and multiple outdoor lounges.

A dedicated staff from 9 am to 5 pm, including a chef, waiter, and housekeeping team, ensures a seamless stay, preparing three daily meals from a Mexican-inspired menu. Starlink Internet is available in common areas, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa offers pure seclusion, with only a handful of neighboring properties and a single high-end restaurant nearby.
