The Space

Six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning (mini-split). Bedrooms are organized into cabanas or villas, each holding two rooms with fully independent access, giving each person or couple privacy while still sharing common areas when they choose. Five bedrooms have king-size beds; one bedroom has two queen beds. Guests have access to the entire property, which is completely private for their stay.

Other Things to Note

Puerto is a small, developing city, so temporary power outages may occasionally occur; service usually returns within 10–15 minutes, and the host should be notified if it doesn't.

Puerto has grown significantly in recent years, and it's important to respect neighbors and the community. No noise or music after 11:00 p.m. — a rule set by local authorities; failure to comply may result in fines. Regular fumigation is done, but occasional bugs or small animals may still appear.

June to September is rainy season, typically at night or early morning, with occasional storms or hurricanes; all bedrooms are protected for comfortable indoor stays during rain. Given the tropical climate (around 30°C / 86°F on average), beds are dressed only with sheets. Mornings may feel a bit cool — adjusting the AC or using the fan is recommended in that case.
