Designed by award-winning studio VERTEBRAL, this breathtaking 6-bedroom beachfront villa in Punta Zicatela, seamlessly blending architecture with nature. Its open design keeps spaces naturally ventilated, while lush private gardens and indigenous landscaping create a serene retreat.
The villa accommodates up to 20 guests, featuring two master suites with king beds and four additional bedrooms with two queen beds each, all with ensuite bathrooms. The second-floor communal areas include a spacious open-air living and dining area shaded by a palapa, an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and direct beach access. A shaded garden and Jacuzzi at the rear offer additional relaxation.
The villa provides 24/7 concierge and security, in-house staff, and WiFi. A private chef and shopping service are available upon request. Located just 10 minutes from the surf town of Punta Zicatela, the villa is easily accessible from Puerto Escondido Airport (PXM) via a 25-30 minute drive.

Guests loved the well-maintained rooms, stunning communal area, and pool, making it feel like their own private hotel. Rodrigo was very accommodating and responsive, making their stay special with great food and attention to detail. The overall experience was so incredible that guests didn't feel the need to leave and explore the surrounding area.
