At 10,000 sqft, this spacious property is perfect for large groups and intimate weddings. Located near Zona Romántica in the upscale Conchas Chinas area — often called the Beverly Hills of PV — the space offers stunning ocean views from every level, oversized terraces, an infinity pool, and a full staff ready to turn your stay into an oasis.

The 9 ocean-view bedrooms each have a private ensuite bathroom, pillow-top mattresses, luxury linens, designer finishes, and individual A/C. The property sleeps up to 20 guests.

Staff & Services

• Staff hours: 8 am–9 pm daily (later available at extra cost)

• Meals: Breakfast 7–9 am, light lunch midday, dinner 6–8 pm — chef and assistant handle prep, service, and cleanup (guest covers ingredients/alcohol)

• Housekeeping: 10 am–3 pm; limited laundry service available

• Shopping: Assigned shopper handles groceries/supplies; receipts presented before departure with a 15% (card) or 10% (cash) fee

• Tipping: Suggested $30 USD/guest/night, pooled in a sealed envelope for staff

• Concierge: Full planning support — transportation, meal planning, tours, activities, spa bookings

• Weddings: Small/intimate wedding packages available, with an in-house event coordinator
