The compound comprises a main villa and two independent casitas, each with its own plunge pool and kitchen. Three structures, three pools, one shared horizon.

Built with a clear point of view: off-grid infrastructure, indoor-outdoor flow, and an honest material palette that defers to the desert landscape around it. The property runs entirely on solar, uses native planting throughout, and was furnished with the same attention given to the build — quality bedding, high-end kitchen equipment, and an outdoor cooking setup with pizza oven, BBQ, and griddle.
