The southern Pacific coast has its own atmosphere — wetter, wilder, and more dramatically vertical than Guanacaste, with jungle pushing right to the cliff edge and whitewater visible from nearly every vantage point. This villa, completed in 2026, sits within a gated community just minutes from Dominical in exactly that terrain: multiple levels stepping down toward the view, surrounded by canopy, with the ocean laid out below.

The architecture earns the setting. A cantilevered infinity pool features a glass-sided edge whose single panel is, by some accounts, the largest of its kind installed in a Costa Rican pool — the effect being that the water and the Pacific beyond it appear to share a surface. Around it: an outdoor bar and BBQ, a hot tub angled for sunset, a sunken lounge, and a pergola-shaded area that covers both quiet afternoons and larger group gatherings. A yoga deck above the main terrace opens to ocean and jungle simultaneously, fitted with mats and bands. Sonos runs throughout, indoors and out.

Inside, the main living level operates as one continuous space. The living room opens directly to the pool terrace; the dining table seats fourteen; the kitchen is fully equipped and suited to a private chef if that's the direction. Four bedrooms in the main residence are finished in natural tones, each with ocean views and a private balcony. A fifth bedroom sits in a separate casita with its own kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace — well-suited to guests who want a degree of independence, or to staff.
Dominical village is minutes away by car — restaurants, the beach break, and basic provisions are all accessible without committing to a long drive. Note that reaching the property requires a 4x4; the road is part of what keeps it private.
