This beachfront villa on Soliman Bay is reached along a zigzagging timber walkway that runs from the entrance toward the sea, and the house unfolds along it. Palapa roofs, clean lines, local stone, and deliberately restrained interiors keep the focus on the Caribbean. The main house has five suites, each with a stone-clad bathroom, ocean views, and a balcony made for long afternoons. A separate casita, built in the same style, adds three more suites and its own corner of sand beneath the palms.

The living spaces have the ease of a beach bungalow at a much larger scale. A Viking kitchen serves both indoor and outdoor dining tables, a pool table and Sonos sound system fill the evenings, and a Peloton bike is on hand for guests who prefer not to break their routine. Outside, the pool and terrace blend into the white sand of the bay, with kayaks and paddle boards waiting at the water’s edge.

The layout suits a wedding well: vows on the sand, dinner on the terrace, the casita’s garden for the party that follows, and close family and friends staying on site in their own space. The villa sleeps sixteen comfortably across eight suites, with room for up to twenty-two guests. A private chef, butler, concierge, and daily housekeeping are included, which lets the family be guests at their own celebration.

Worth knowing before booking: the villa is reached by an unpaved road, and the casita is a separate building from the main house. Strict community quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM, loud music is not permitted, and penalties may apply. Weddings and events require prior approval and are quoted separately. Sargassum may reach the beach during the warmer months. Groceries for the chef are charged separately, plus a 20% shopping fee.
