Casa La Distancia is located on the hill of Mermejita, 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Mermejita and Mazunte. The eco-friendly designer home is powered by solar panels, water comes from rainwater harvesting and has its own water treatment plant. The 180 degree panoramic views of Punta Cometa and the sea of Mermejita, the pool, the terraces and the architecture of LA DISTANCIA make it a unique retreat in the area.

The home has living-dining room on a large terrace, an open kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom, a pool with ocean view and half bath, a master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, terrace and outdoor pool. A studio with two futon/queen size beds and private bathroom. A large terrace ideal for sunrise or sunset yoga practice and equipped with a cushioned area designed for all kinds of activities.
