Conceived as a sanctuary to fully disconnect, where architecture, nature, and design come together in a truly unique experience. From the very first moment, the home makes an impression: its distinctive lattice façade —custom-designed for the property— leads into a tropical garden, and upon entering, the space opens to a breathtaking ocean view that stays with you throughout your entire stay. The interiors flow effortlessly into the outdoors, framing the sea and creating a constant sense of openness and calm. The infinity pool blends seamlessly with the horizon, while the terrace and living areas invite you to gather and unwind in an atmosphere meant to be enjoyed at a slower pace.

One of the most loved spaces is the poolside lounge, perfect for taking in golden sunsets and, in season, whale watching. This area also includes two half bathrooms and an outdoor shower for added comfort.

The home offers private beach access via a staircase set between the rocks, leading to a quiet, secluded cove. As this is open ocean, caution is recommended when swimming.

The property features six thoughtfully designed suites, offering privacy, comfort, and a seamless connection to nature, with a maximum capacity of 16 guests.

• Tecpa: The master suite, located on the ground floor, offers a direct connection to the ocean. Spacious, bright, and refined, it features a King bed and an elegant sitting area that can be converted into two twin beds—ideal for families seeking comfort without compromising design.

• Citlal: Located on the upper level, this suite offers a privileged ocean view. Its clean design and serene atmosphere invite complete relaxation.

• Tonati: A spacious suite with open ocean views. It features a King bed and a sophisticated sitting area that can be adapted for families or groups.

• Atlaua: A perfect balance between privacy and openness. Located upstairs, it offers ocean views, a King bed, and a flexible layout that adapts naturally to different needs.

• Tekuani: Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this ground-floor suite is a peaceful retreat. Its King bed and intimate atmosphere make it ideal for deep rest.

• Kalimba: Overlooking the garden, this room with two Queen beds combines comfort and versatility in a relaxed, refined setting.
  

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property, such as all common areas, infinity pool, terraces, and private beach access. Check-in is conducted in a personalized manner to ensure you are familiar with every space and can fully enjoy your stay from the very beginning.

During your stay, a private chef will be available to prepare breakfast, snacks, and lunch, with service concluding no later than 5:00 pm, allowing you to enjoy your day with complete ease. Dinner service is not included; however, it can be arranged upon request at an additional cost and with prior notice. Groceries and beverages are not included in the rate. These are purchased based on your preferences and are to be covered by guests.
