The house provides a spacious and inviting environment with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, and a 120" projector for movie nights. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, supported by SpaceX Starlink. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the villa, including the pool, bedrooms, and outdoor dining spaces.
There are five well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort. The Master Suite features a king-size bed and a private hot tub, while the remaining rooms provide terrace access, air conditioning, and mosquito screens. The villa accommodates families and groups while ensuring privacy for everyone.
The villa is located within the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. An entrance fee of approximately $12 USD per person per day must be paid at the arch when entering the reserve. Bracelets will be provided and must be kept for re-entry. Payment is accepted in cash, card, pesos, or USD. Please note that road conditions in the area may limit ease of access at times.
Rates remain the same for up to six guests. For groups larger than six, an additional fee of $85 USD per person per night plus taxes applies.
