With direct access to one of the Riviera Maya’s most beautiful beaches, the house opens onto quiet, protected waters — ideal for swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests (or 12 including children) across five ocean-facing ensuite bedrooms, each with its own private terrace or balcony overlooking the bay. Spaces are open and connected, flowing naturally from indoor living areas to ocean-facing terraces, a private pool, and an expansive rooftop with panoramic views.

A full staff is part of the experience, including daily housekeeping and a chef preparing breakfast and lunch, allowing you to settle into a slower rhythm from the moment you arrive. Dinner service and groceries can also be arranged if you’d like to extend the experience.
