A hot tub overlooks the garden, plus a fireplace, a Sonos system, and a quiet generator for power outages. Good-speed Wi-Fi if you need to work for a few days.

15 minutes from downtown Avándaro, about 40 minutes from Valle de Bravo and the lake. A place to slow down and experience nature.

Three bedrooms (all queen beds), 3.5 bathrooms, and integrated social spaces with large windows facing the forest. The architecture — concrete, brick, and glass — was designed by Vertebral, a renowned Mexican architectural firm.

Outside: a hot tub overlooking the garden (one of the few of its kind in the area), a terrace, and covered parking. Inside: a fireplace, a Sonos sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have full access to the entire house — the 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, hot tub, and parking. No restricted areas inside the property.

Nights in Valle de Bravo can be cold, so warm clothes are recommended (the house has a fireplace for cooler nights and heaters in all rooms). A quiet power generator is on hand for outages, so stays aren't interrupted.
