A restored historic casona in the heart of Condesa, one of Mexico City's most charming and walkable neighborhoods. Spacious and light-filled, the home blends original architectural details — arches, ironwork, generous proportions — with contemporary comfort. Designed for up to 18 guests, it offers 8 private bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 3 half bathrooms, with 9 beds total. All bedrooms include air conditioning, black-out curtains, and quality linens.

The property spans multiple levels with ample common areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a large private rooftop terrace. Additional amenities include 300 Mbps WiFi with three signal repeaters, a dedicated working space, three Smart TVs, electric fans per room, washer and dryer, filtered water, one indoor parking spot, and spa-scented bath toiletries. Luggage drop-off is available upon request.

Each bathroom has an independent, on-demand electric water heater; shower temperature (36–50°C, average 38°C) is adjusted via water flow, and the system powers off automatically when set to cold. For video calls, staying in one location is recommended for optimal WiFi signal stability.

Guests have full access to the house. Two display cabinets in the living room are for viewing only, and four locked closets (two on the ground floor, two on the second floor) hold cleaning supplies. A basic first-aid kit is provided, and select original ironwork windows remain closed to preserve the architecture. The third-floor TV lounge features a tempered glass ceiling. From the rooftop, neighboring properties may occasionally be visible; guests are asked to be mindful of privacy.

Plants are watered by staff every Wednesday and Saturday, 11am–3pm, with guests notified in advance. Photoshoots incur an additional fee of $15,000 MXN; video productions are quoted upon request.
