Your stay begins at Casa Fiesta, a magnificent 20,000-square-foot cliffside estate perched above the sea. At the heart of the property is the Grand Palapa, an open-air gathering space anchored by an infinity pool overlooking the bay. Below, guests can enjoy a unique saltwater grotto pool fed directly by the ocean. Casa Fiesta accommodates up to 16 guests across 8 beautiful guest rooms, each thoughtfully designed with its own distinct character. Throughout the estate, there are moments of retreat and discovery, including a secluded massage deck and a lush garden filled with swaying palms. The versatile Cantina transforms throughout the day—from a private yoga and fitness studio or air-conditioned workspace by day, to a cocktail lounge or dance floor by night.

As part of the DOS Fiesta experience, guests also enjoy exclusive access to sister property Playa Fiesta, a spectacular beachfront counterpart set along an eight-mile stretch of sand. Playa has a majestic grand staircase which leads to El Palapa Principal, the gathering hub of the home, that soars above the sparkling private pool, with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the palm grove. Guests will also find two tennis courts, and relaxed TV and siesta rooms designed for comfort and shade between moments in the sun. The property is surrounded by a native stone wall with gates that open onto the sand, just steps to the Pacific.  The perfect complement to Casa Fiesta.

To ensure a seamless stay, DOS Fiesta includes a dedicated hospitality team consisting of a house manager, private chef, chauffeur, and housekeeping staff. Prior to arrival, your house manager will work closely with your group to customize an experience tailored to your preferences and ensure every detail of your stay is thoughtfully arranged. Guests are responsible for food, beverages, transportation, and other incidental expenses.
