Tucked into a quiet corner of central Tepoztlán, this artist studio offers a calm, comfortable base just minutes from the town’s main streets. Designed with simplicity and ease in mind, the home features a double-height living area that stays naturally cool, a modern kitchen, and lush outdoor terraces surrounded by greenery. Inside, bright interiors and natural materials create a space that feels open and lived-in, not over-designed.

The bedroom includes a queen bed and air conditioning, while the living area opens to multiple outdoor levels ideal for reading, eating, or simply relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, and guests can opt in for an in-home cooking service if they'd rather leave the meals to someone else. Private outdoor dining areas and secure, gated parking (just across the street) round out the amenities.

Please note: during the rainy season, occasional village-wide power outages can happen due to local infrastructure. These are rare and typically resolved by the local provider, but we ask guests to plan with this in mind. By booking, guests acknowledge this possibility and agree not to hold the host liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary power loss.
