This 18-guest beachfront luxury villa in Cabo Colorado sits on Mexico's Sea of Cortez, twenty minutes from Los Cabos International Airport.

Set inside a private community near Palmilla in Los Cabos, this villa has seven bedrooms, including a TV room that converts into a king suite with its own en suite bathroom. Every bedroom has an en suite bath, and the property accommodates up to 18 guests.

Staff includes a full-time gourmet chef and two dedicated personal butlers. The chef prepares all meals, snacks, and drinks on request; food and beverages are billed separately, with a grocery list drawn up in advance and the villa stocked before arrival.

The butlers tend bar, including a house margarita recipe, set up beach chairs and umbrellas, and assist the chef as needed. Housekeeping comes daily, at a time set by the guest.

A concierge handles restaurant reservations, activity bookings, errands such as grocery runs, and equipment like an extra golf cart. Bathrooms are stocked with L'Occitane toiletries or an equivalent brand. Grocery stocking is included for stays of four nights or longer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Outdoor amenities include a private infinity pool overlooking the beach, a full gym, a sauna, sun loungers, shaded lounge areas, and a BBQ area. The property has direct access to a private beach, plus shared access to a swimmable beach within the Cabo Colorado community.

Palmilla Golf Club is a few minutes away. San José del Cabo, with its galleries, shops, and restaurants, and the Puerto Los Cabos Marina, with fishing charters and yacht access, are both nearby. Swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding are available steps from the villa.
