Mansion in San Miguel de Allende

A gorgeous six-suite estate in Centro Histórico in San Miguel de Allende, seven minutes on foot from El Jardín, is built around a cypress-shaded courtyard and heated pool, tucked on a quiet residential street.

Each suite has air conditioning and soundproofed doors and windows, a rarity in a city of stone streets and echo. Five bathrooms have hand-finished copper soaking tubs. Beds come with premium mattresses, down comforters, and high-quality linens. The property sleeps 12 at a single table in an arched outdoor dining hall designed for long group dinners.

The kitchen is open and exhibition-style, suited to a private chef or a group cooking class. There's a dedicated coffee bar (espresso, French press, drip) and two wine refrigerators, one for red, one for white, each held at the correct temperature. Breakfast is included daily. Housekeeping, turn-down service, and laundry are handled by staff throughout the stay.

The rooftop has an olive terrace with a central fireplace and views of church domes, mountains, and, often, the sunset. The ground-floor living room has a 65-inch smart TV; a Netflix account and 500 Mbps WiFi are included. Concierge service is available before and during the stay for reservations and logistics.

The estate is licensed for private events of up to 50 guests, including weddings.
