The Breeze

A seven-suite oceanfront estate with full staff faces the UNESCO-protected Marietas Islands on Mexico's Pacific coast, designed by architect Teodoro González de León. Each suite has a private en suite bathroom and unobstructed sea views. The property sits inside a gated community with 24-hour security and has direct access to a private stretch of beach.

An infinity pool runs to the edge of the property, with outdoor dining terraces and shaded lounges facing the water. The estate has a private gym, games room, and library, along with a curated art collection and contemporary interior design.

A full-time staff of eight to ten includes an in-house cook and a concierge. In-house dining is available on request for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a house selection of beverages, billed per person, per day. Housekeeping and daily upkeep are handled throughout the stay. Gratuities are not included; guests typically leave 10 to 15 percent of the stay cost for staff.

The property is booked as a single reservation, with full access to all suites, pools, terraces, gardens, dining areas, gym, and games lounge. Private indoor parking is available. Litibú Golf Club, an 18-hole course designed by Greg Norman, and Flamingos Golf Club are a short drive away.
