Set inside a 200,000 m² eco village shared with only six other houses, this residence by Atelier Marko Brajovic sits immersed in the Atlantic Forest, 300 meters from access to five private waterfalls and about 20 minutes from Paraty's historic center. The condominium offers full security, an exclusive gym, a riverside sauna billed separately, trails, and a spa, all folded into the forest rather than cleared for it.

The house sleeps four to six across a 45 m² master suite with a king bed and television, plus a mezzanine level with a queen bed and room for an extra single. Two full bathrooms, finished in wood, run on gas-heated water. Downstairs, the living area centers on a dining table for six and a kitchen built for real cooking, with an island, cooktop, oven, and coffee maker, while two fireplaces carry the house through cooler months. Outside, a gas barbecue, outdoor shower, and firepit area open onto the forest, and the walk to the private waterfall takes about ten minutes, good for a swim or a quiet half hour of meditation.

The property sits along the Paraty-Cunha road in the mountains above town, and guests move freely through the eco village's shared spaces, including the gym, waterfalls with natural pools, trails, agroforestry area, and sauna (booked separately), along with optional therapeutic, ecological, and astronomical experiences. A few practical notes worth knowing going in: avoid crossing the river after rain, keep children supervised and pets leashed, and low-clearance vehicles should park at the higher lots rather than risk the slicker stretches of road. As with the rest of the Atlantic Forest, wildlife, including venomous species, is part of the setting, so closed shoes and a flashlight after dark are the sensible response, not a cause for concern.

Designed with sustainability built into its architecture, the house runs on solar power with an automatic generator as backup, spring-fed water, gas-heated showers, and Starlink for connectivity. Outlets run at 220V, with 110V points clearly marked. The sauna runs R$280 with advance booking, small pets are welcome for R$250, and check-ins after 8pm carry a R$210 fee, rising to R$350 after midnight. The house is for lodging only, photo or film work requires a separate contract, and any damage to the property is charged accordingly.
