Built from hand-carved rock and assembled by local craftsmen, the architecture opens itself to the surrounding landscape through steel-framed windows, breathing terraces, and a rhythm that feels almost choreographed. Raw materials are prominently showcased throughout, their untouched surfaces lending a rustic warmth to the open structure of the retreat.

The outdoor bathroom, sheltered by living plant walls, turns daily rituals into a slow, sensory ceremony. Just outside the bedroom, an exterior jacuzzi extends toward the gardens, dissolving into the sky and mountain silhouette beyond. On the rooftop, hammocks hang beneath an open sky — perfect for Amatlán's famously brilliant starry nights. A firepit and outdoor grill complete the experience, ideal for gathering around the fire and something shared.
