The ocean sets the pace here. The villa sits directly on the sand, its brutalist volumes turned toward the water, and the sound of the waves carries through the house day and night. Inside, the living spaces are wide and open, running out to the terraces, the pool and the beach with very little separating one from the next.

This is a house built for company. Seven bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests, and the shared spaces are scaled to match, with room for the whole group to gather at once. Two master suites rest just above the water, close enough that the waves break almost beneath them. The views from both are exceptional. The tradeoff is proximity: these suites sit near the social areas, so whoever claims them is never far from the evening.

It suits milestone birthdays, group trips and friends who travel together and want to spend most of the day in each other's company. Anyone looking for a quiet, secluded retreat will find a better fit elsewhere. Music and gatherings are welcome within local regulations and the quiet hours agreed before arrival.

A concierge team is on hand throughout the stay and can bring in additional staff or plan an event around whatever the group has come to celebrate.
